#flashbackfriday to just before the start of summer when 11 fitness fanatics from #teamnexperia Budapest laced up their sneakers and covered 105.5 kilometers in a combined time of 9h:34m:20s. Like our interactive datasheets, we’ll save you the calculation time – That works out to an average pace of 5:26 per kilometer, or 8.5 minutes per mile for those yet to adopt the metric system. ????♀️
One of the participants, Ádám, had the following to say about the event. “The Budapest Telekom Vivicitta is an annual running event in Budapest, Hungary, offering races for various ages and fitness levels. It’s popular among competitive and recreational runners alike, promoting a healthy lifestyle and letting participants experience Budapest’s lively atmosphere. Races include half-marathon, 10K, 5K, and children’s races, showcasing iconic city locations and providing diverse fitness opportunities. With mixed-department relay teams, it was an awesome opportunity to get to know each other better and showcase the Team Nexperia spirit. The cross-department cooperation contributed to fantastic results in the end, highlighting the unity of the team.”
???? It’s always a pleasure to see our team participating in activities that promote a healthy lifestyle while providing an opportunity to share non-semiconductor-related interests, which we were surprised to learn is an actual thing. So far this year, we’ve featured skydiving, soapbox racing, and some distance running. We wonder what challenges lie ahead!
