???? And that’s a wrap on another successful Business Improvement Competition (BIC) hosted by Team Nexperia Malaysia. The focus of this year’s event shifted from engineering to shopfloor improvement, with participation limited to technicians and operators.
12 teams from different departments participated in the BIC to showcase their improvement projects to enhance quality, yield, productivity, and production efficiency.
Senior Operations Director Ooi Thiam Seng was an honored guest as a panel of expert judges with backgrounds in manufacturing, engineering, equipment, and quality evaluated the improvement projects and provided feedback to inspire further development.
Vice President & General Manager Harith Alvin Abdullah handed out the top prize, with everyone in the top three taking home rewards and a chance to participate in a grand lucky draw.
It was inspiring to witness each team’s enthusiasm to contribute to the continued success of Nexperia Malaysia.
