I’m excited to share that Nexperia has just launched its first Silicon Carbide (SiC) rectifier specifically designed for automotive applications! This is a major leap forward in enabling next-generation electric vehicles (EVs) to achieve higher efficiency, power density, and overall performance.
In addition, Nexperia is further extending its portfolio of 650 V SiC diodes, offering industrial-grade devices with current ratings of 6 A, 16 A, and 20 A in TO-220-2, TO-247-2, and D2PAK-2 packaging to facilitate greater design flexibility.
