With Ding’s inspiring career of almost 30 years, we couldn’t think of someone more deserving!
Ding is one of the original pioneers and a key driving force behind our industry leading LFPAK. His tireless dedication to the original design, and ongoing improvement of LFPAK, has hugely contributed to the changing landscape of power MOSFET packaging. He is an inspiring innovator, leader, and a revered mentor and we are honored to have him with us. We can’t wait to see what he does next!
