At ATSN, we took the leap in transforming the audition, designed to identify the best and brightest talent and prepare them for a future of innovation and growth.
Gone are the days of traditional interviews. In today’s semiconductor industry, where innovation is the name of the game, we have transformed our screening process to reflect the dynamic nature of the field. Fresh graduates who applied to join the NexGEM program underwent a series of challenging tasks and simulations, designed to test their skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. The audition process is tough, but it is also incredibly rewarding.
Once selected, our fresh graduates are welcomed into our company with open arms. They undergo a comprehensive onboarding program that introduces them to our company culture, values, and expectations.
