Nexperia Malaysia and APU’s Industry-academia relationship exhibits a common vision and dedication to engaging young talent and inspiring them to pursue future careers in the semiconductor industry specifically focusing on the IT field. During a career talk session at APU, our close interactions with the IT students opened up new possibilities for them to engage in final-year projects that add value to the industry, addressing some key challenges in the actual semiconductor world.
Nexperia’s cooperation with APU is consistent with Nexperia’s ideals of continuing to enhance learning by providing varied objectives connected to industry experiences. Nexperia Malaysia will provide internship opportunities, mentorship, and personalized learning journeys to APU students at Degree, Masters, and Ph.D. levels as part of this agreement. We are thrilled to empower and support the next generation of talent, promoting their development and success, while building a strong talent pipeline for Nexperia.
