The Nexperia Graduate Employee Management program from #TeamNexperia Malaysia is proud to announce the completion of its latest cohort.
11 fresh graduates impressed with their technical skills while taking on a challenging 4-day selection process in February, followed by a comprehensive on-the-job training and assessment process with fast-track progression options.
Bringing fresh perspectives to their teams, the NexGEMs observed workflows and shared their ideas for process improvements. These ideas were appreciated and, in some cases, adopted by their working groups. Over three months, the NexGEMs made a significant impact while demonstrating a high level of technical competence.
The Management Team collectively endorsed their performance as exceeding expectations. The graduation ceremony allowed the group to celebrate the start of their careers.
