As we kick off the beginning of June, we take some time to honor and support the LGBTQIA+ community with the celebration of Pride Month. We proudly support the diversity, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals. It’s not just a celebration but also a call to action and commitment for equality, and acceptance.

At Nexperia, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility. Proof of this commitment is our recently founded employee-led Pride Network Group. This group actively addresses LGBTQIA+ workplace issues, striving to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Did you know that according to the Luko Global Bicycle Cities Index, 9 of the 10 world’s best cities for cyclists are in Europe? Quite a few members of #TeamNexperia Hamburg commute to work by bike and were greeted at the entrance today by a bike camp supported by our friends at Specialized Bicycles, Die Techniker (TK) and Business Bike Leasing in honor of #WorldBicycleDay.

Thank you to our BGM- Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement Team for organizing the event that included a free bike fitting session to make sure everyone was riding efficiently, information about saving money on your next sweet two-wheeled ride through company-sponsored bike leasing and a chance to test ride a few beautiful bikes from Specialized. People were also able to try their luck with our glücksrad (German word of the day) to win some amazing prizes.

A few benefits of riding your bike:
